The Auto Body Technician plays a pivotal role in our company's promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence. Your primary accountability is providing an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. You will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while working in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs. As a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group, you will ensure consistent execution of our WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
