About the Role
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each customer's vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. You will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while working in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs. This role is central to executing our "WOW (Wow Operating Way)" plan, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in every repair.
