About the Role

The Auto Body Technician is pivotal to our company's promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence. Your primary accountability is providing an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. You will work in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs and serve as a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

In this role, you will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring consistent execution of our WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. You will play a key part in planning repair work, preparing cost estimates, and utilizing specialized tools to repair sections of a vehicle. From realigning car chassis and frames to welding, fitting parts, and preparing vehicles for factory-specified paint, your work ensures every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition. You will also inspect vehicles after repair to ensure all work has been executed correctly and attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
