The Auto Body Technician is pivotal to our promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence. In this role, you will provide an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition. You will work in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs and serve as a dedicated Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.
Your day-to-day involves thoroughly disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles. You will plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and utilize specialized tools to execute repairs ranging from minor dent removal to structural frame realignment. Whether welding parts, replacing glass, or applying factory-specified paint, your attention to detail ensures every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition.
