The Auto Body Technician is pivotal to our company's promise, serving as a dedicated Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. Your primary accountability is providing an exceptional customer experience through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. You will work in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs, ensuring consistent execution of our "WOW (Wow Operating Way)" plan.
In this role, you will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, playing a key part in our commitment to speed and quality. You will plan necessary repair work, prepare cost estimates, and collaborate with other repairers within the shop. Whether you are realigning chassis and frames, welding parts, or preparing vehicles for factory-specified paint, your work directly impacts the customer's journey.
