At Caravel Autism Health, we offer more than just a job; we provide purpose, connection, and the opportunity to be the difference in a child's life. Our mission centers on helping children achieve life-changing milestones, such as saying "I love you" for the first time.
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will guide children aged 2–14 (typically in the younger range) through fun, skill-building activities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your work will promote growth and help reduce challenging behaviors. This is a center-based role where you will have the support and connection of teammates and supervisory staff onsite.
We believe in investing in our team. No prior experience is required, as we provide paid training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We foster a casual environment with no dress code, allowing you to wear everyday casual clothing. Additionally, we offer a $500 teammate referral bonus and opportunities for ongoing professional development and career growth.
