This position serves as a critical guardian of quality within our manufacturing operations. The core mission is to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operating protocols, and troubleshooting guidelines across molding, scoring, lining, and printing processes. You will act as the bridge between production execution and quality assurance, identifying defects and driving problem-solving strategies to maintain product integrity.
Your work involves a blend of hands-on laboratory analysis and rigorous process auditing. You will operate specialized equipment such as pull test fixtures, video microscopes, and analytical balances to evaluate product quality. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to data management: inputting findings, generating charts, and performing statistical analysis using histograms, Pareto charts, and control charts (X-bar & R, X-bar & s, P, and NP). By documenting defect levels and utilizing tools for root cause analysis, you will provide the data necessary to refine our quality standards and production workflows.
Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment testing (Work Keys) to proceed. The role is designed for individuals with a background in inspecting processes who are ready to apply their experience alongside on-the-job training to master our specific quality standards.
