About the Role
As an Audit Manager, you will serve as a valued business advisor, delivering industry-focused audit and assurance services. This role is designed for professionals who want to become experts in a specific industry sector while working side-by-side with firm leadership to build the business. You will act as a trusted advisor, working face-to-face with clients to find creative solutions to complex accounting and business challenges.
In this position, you will manage all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results. Beyond technical execution, you will play an active role in providing financial statement guidance and business recommendations. You will also be a mentor and coach to a group of talented staff, utilizing your expertise to help develop their technical and professional skills through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting required
- verifiedCPA required
- verifiedFour (4) + years' experience providing financial statement auditing services
- verifiedTwo (2) + years of supervisory experience
- verifiedEligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
Nice to Have
Master's or advanced degree. Four (4) + years of experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm. Two (2) + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates. Healthcare industry experience. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
