The Audit and Compliance Monitor is a pivotal role designed to ensure our agency adheres to all state regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies. This position serves as the guardian of our compliance framework, partnering closely with the Leadership Team to oversee incident reporting, investigations, audits, and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
In this capacity, you will play a key part in protecting our clients and caregivers by managing the incident report process, tracking critical client items such as post-hospitalization care gaps, and conducting regular departmental audits. You will also lead the creation of detailed reports for state and funder requirements, review records related to fraud and critical incidents, and maintain the annual QAPI processes. Reporting directly to the Director of Health and Education, you will provide essential data and insights to drive agency-wide compliance efforts and continuous improvement.
