About the Role

This mid-level Patent Litigation Associate position offers a unique opportunity to work on the full lifecycle of patent cases within lean teams. Unlike larger environments where associates may feel like passengers, this role provides real ownership and significant courtroom-facing responsibilities. You will partner closely with the team to build infringement, non-infringement, and invalidity positions, refining them as the record develops.

The work spans high-stakes patent and broader IP technology disputes across major venues, including federal courts and the ITC. You will engage in meaningful motion practice, claim construction strategy, and trial preparation, including Federal Circuit work when needed. The culture emphasizes a balance between high-impact legal work and personal well-being, offering flexible schedules to support time at home with family.
