The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Working under the direction and delegation of the Store Manager, you will assist with the supervision of store employees, management and presentation of merchandise, completion of paperwork, and preparation of deposits.
In this role, you will perform stocking and cashiering functions while executing other duties as necessary to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to protecting company assets and reducing losses. You will provide superior customer service leadership, greet and assist customers, and operate cash registers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
