The Washington Post Opinions department is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Associate, Video Production to support the day-to-day operations of its multimedia team. This role provides critical coordination and production support for video podcasts, interviews, and social content, helping ensure projects run smoothly from planning through delivery.
This role is designed as an entry point into video production, with opportunities to build foundational skills in editing and digital storytelling over time. It offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced media environment while contributing to high-quality opinion journalism across digital platforms.
Collaboration makes us stronger. That's why our offices are designed with open layouts, modern technology, and easy access to transportation. With certain exceptions for newsgathering and business travel, we work on-site five days a week.
