This position supports the new 26-27 school year, effective July 1, 2026. As a key member of the early childhood education team at Pace, you will assist teachers in delivering high-quality services to children in an 11-hour, full-year classroom setting. Your role is vital to fostering the education, social, physical, nutritional, and psychological development of young learners.\n You will collaborate closely with a secondary teaching team to create a nurturing environment that promotes social, physical, and mental growth. From planning and implementing classroom lessons to ensuring a safe and healthy learning atmosphere, your daily contributions directly impact the well-being of the children and families you serve. The role also involves interacting with the public and providing customer service to parents and community members.

Candidates must meet specific safety and health requirements prior to employment, including passing background checks (Sex Offender Registry, Child Abuse and Neglect State Registry, State/Tribal Criminal History Check, and FBI check), obtaining T.B. clearance, and completing a health screening (LIC 503). Proof of required immunizations (Measles, Pertussis, Influenza) and a current Adult & Pediatric CPR/1st Aid Certificate are also mandatory.
Successful applicants will be expected to commit to ongoing professional development, completing 15 clock hours annually, with at least 50% focused on specific job content, and maintaining a teaching certification through 21 hours of development per year.
