About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will manage your own product line and watch it grow. This role is designed for someone eager to become an expert in a specific product category while driving the company's profitability and efficiency.
In this position, you will research and source new products from domestic and international vendors, visiting them and attending tradeshows to deepen your knowledge of manufacturing processes and market trends. You will analyze competitor offerings, customer feedback, and market data to provide strategic product recommendations. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control, Compliance, and Pricing teams, as well as assisting in catalog layout preparation and strategizing new product placement with the Product Manager. You will also participate in vendor meetings, lead negotiation sessions, and mentor Marketing Associates.
