We are looking for a curious, driven Associate Product Designer to join our team and grow their craft while contributing to meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you will support Senior Designers and Associate Creative Directors across a range of internal and external projects—helping translate user needs and business goals into clear, thoughtful design solutions.
You will learn and collaborate across the full product lifecycle—from early discovery and sketching to refined UI delivery—in a highly collaborative, mentor-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport Senior Designers in translating product vision and user needs into cohesive design solutions
- check_circleAssist with user research activities and iterate designs based on user feedback
- check_circleCollaborate with Product Managers and developers to ensure design aligns with product strategy
- check_circleContribute to the design of user flows, wireframes, and UI for web and native applications
- check_circleSupport the maintenance of design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency
- check_circleParticipate in design critiques and articulate design decisions and rationale
- check_circleWork effectively within cross-disciplinary teams alongside designers, developers, and stakeholders
- check_circlePresent UX and UI work clearly to teammates and incorporate feedback constructively
Requirements
- verifiedRecently graduated or 1–2 years' experience in a creative field
- verifiedBackground in Digital Design
- verifiedExperience working with web and native applications
Nice to Have
Experience working with web and native applications. Exposure to or interest in design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices. Experience participating in agile or iterative development processes.
