The High School Associate Principal serves as a key leader in the overall administration of the instructional program and campus operations. Reporting directly to the Principal, this role is dedicated to coordinating student activities and services while championing the needs of students, employees, and the broader District.
This position requires a leader who acts with integrity and demonstrates the ability to inspire, grow, and motivate others. The Associate Principal is expected to utilize feedback effectively, drive for results, and commit to supporting organizational goals. The role involves fostering a positive, caring climate for learning, promoting collegiality among staff, and ensuring effective two-way communication with district personnel, parents, and the community.
The Associate Principal plays a vital role in school improvement by using campus data to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and instructional strategies. You will work closely with the Principal to develop plans for ongoing professional learning and assist in defining expectations for staff performance regarding instructional strategies and classroom management.

Candidates must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid Texas Assistant Principal or other Administrative certification. Additionally, applicants must have three years of experience as a classroom teacher and three years as a campus administrator, along with the ability to perform teacher evaluations.
