About the Role
As an Associate Photographer in Tacoma, WA, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will serve as the on-the-ground talent capturing the visual story of residential properties, utilizing top-of-the-line Matterport Pro3 cameras, digital equipment, and iPads to create virtual tours, floor plans, and professional photography.
In this role, you will be assigned a core territory where you manage appointments to scan homes and apartments, ensuring high-quality data coverage for our industry-leading marketplaces. You will work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics teams, and a remote Photography Manager to strategically evaluate priorities and meet client demands. Beyond residential shoots, you will navigate one-mile square grids to identify new inventory and commercial properties, ensuring complete data coverage for the region.
This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will be driven by performance-based incentives and bonuses, working independently to capture spaces in the most pleasing way possible while representing CoStar professionally at all times.
