About the Role
As an Associate Photographer in Hampton Roads, Virginia, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will be equipped with top-of-the-line Matterport Pro3 cameras, digital camera equipment, and iPads to create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties.
In this role, you will be assigned a core territory where you service clients by scanning homes and apartments to capture high-quality virtual tours and floor plans. You will also be responsible for residential photography used in marketing to advertise properties to future owners and renters. While not on a scheduled appointment, you will navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing availability.
You will work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management, reporting remotely to a local Photography Manager. This position requires a client-first mindset and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license and will be required to satisfactorily complete a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to starting. The role also requires a valid FAA Part 107 License/Certification for drone photography, which must be obtained within 30 days of the offer.
