About the Role
Are you a new real estate agent looking to grow your skills, or an experienced agent wanting more flexibility? The Associate Agent role lets you work with customers on your schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections, all while setting your own hours and controlling your workload. This position is designed for those who want to get plenty of customers, especially on weekends, without managing contracts or sales targets.
As an independent contractor, you will earn a flat-rate payment per field event. The role is fully remote in the field, meaning no office visits are required. Redfin also offers free, optional educational services to help you grow your skills.
