About the Firm

This is not your typical stuffy firm. We work hard, but we believe in fostering a positive team member environment with room for growth. Our culture is built on collaboration; we believe in working as a team to get the best results for our clients, ensuring you have the support you need to succeed.

We operate with a unique client-first philosophy. We believe in making sure clients are a good fit for our team members and utilize a client grading system to ensure alignment. Our billing model is based on flat fees, meaning you will not have to worry about meeting set hourly billing goals. Instead, we use measurable data to determine success in each role, focusing on accomplishing the goals of both our clients and the firm.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated litigation attorney to handle professional license defense and administrative law cases. This role exists to fill a need in an underserved legal area, offering you the opportunity to expand your legal knowledge while serving as the lead attorney on cases after proper training and proving yourself during a probationary period.

You will diligently prepare for settlement conferences and articulately defend clients at contested hearings in front of licensing boards and state agencies. This job necessitates being in the courtroom and litigating cases, so you must feel confident and comfortable in this competitive environment. If you enjoy the competitive nature of trial work and the challenge of communicating with clients, you will find plenty of opportunities here.

A key part of our culture is providing a quality client experience. If you like to go the extra mile to make clients happy and assist them in preparation for hearings, interviews with investigators, and settlement conferences, this role is for you.

Work Environment & Culture

We believe in the value of a hybrid work environment to assist team members in balancing their priorities. However, the first sixty days will be in the office so we can get to know one another and determine the best hybrid schedule for your specific situation. We provide the tools you need to succeed, including cloud-based technology and task management systems, and we expect you to be a self-starter able to work independently while adhering to our policies.

Hiring Process

We are looking for attorneys who are willing to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base. If you are passionate about professional licensing and administrative law, please apply.
