Join the Global EM Rates & FX Strategy team within Bank of America Global Research. This group sits at the intersection of macroeconomics, currencies, and rates markets, providing direct exposure to global investors and cross-asset teams. The team is dedicated to translating rigorous economic and quantitative analysis into actionable investment views for institutional clients.
As an Associate in Latin America FX and Fixed Income Strategy, you will produce high-quality macro, currency, and rates strategy research with a specific focus on Latin America. Your work will emphasize policy developments, yield curve dynamics, and cross-market implications. You will be responsible for developing exchange rate and interest rate forecasts, scenario frameworks, and trade recommendations.
The role involves publishing timely research across rates, government and policy bank bonds, swaps, and futures markets. You will support cross-asset and cross-country thematic projects alongside FX, Credit, Equity, and Global Macro teams, contributing to daily, weekly, and ad-hoc publications for clients and internal stakeholders. A key part of the position involves engaging with institutional clients across the Americas and partnering with Global Markets teams to align research with client needs, compliance, and risk frameworks. You will also represent Bank of America's research franchise through meetings, roadshows, webinars, and conferences.
