The Role
As a senior-level associate in the Labor & Employment Group, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, fostering direct and frequent interaction. The position offers the chance to provide increasingly sophisticated employment law guidance and counsel. You will oversee single-plaintiff cases and play a key role in managing complex litigation, including class actions. Success in this role involves collaborating closely with partners on case strategy, conducting witness interviews, and leading significant trial work when required.
