We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our premier Middle Market Investment Banking team in New York. This role focuses on providing strategic advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and financial restructurings for companies within the Industrials sector.
As a key member of our deal teams, you will work closely with senior bankers and client executives, taking a lead role in the execution of complex transactions while mentoring junior analysts. You will serve as the bridge between senior leadership and the execution team, ensuring seamless deal management from initial pitch to closing.
