Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within the Manufacturing and Operations HR Organization. This full-time, on-site position is located in Palmdale, CA, and reports to the Human Resources Manager 2 in the Aeronautics Systems (AS) Sector.
You will serve as the focal point to consult on and assist in the development and implementation of HR strategy, initiatives, programs, and policies across multiple client groups. This role requires close collaboration with HR subject matter experts to drive organizational change and process improvements. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with engineering leaders and a geographically dispersed leadership team to foster a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You will navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced technical environment, managing complex duties and driving results across various HR work streams.

Demonstrated experience in prioritizing work, balancing multiple projects, and meeting multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Workday. Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense. Current/active DoD clearance.
