We are seeking a curious, flexible, and driven Associate Director of Leadership and Professional Development (LPD) to join our People and Talent team. This role exists to make an impact every day by understanding the development and training needs of EdPlus employees and supporting leaders by leading employee growth programs and activities.
You will align with leaders to recommend and execute LPD strategy, assessing needs and program effectiveness while leveraging in-person, online, and partner resources to promote employee growth. This position serves as the EdPlus liaison with the ASU Office of Human Resources Talent Development department and other LPD leaders across the enterprise. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing, and collaborative environment where you must be comfortable pivoting when priorities change and navigating some ambiguity.
Your desk will be located in the beautiful, cutting-edge, and collaborative workspace at SkySong, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center. The Center houses a diverse business community that links technology, research, education, and entrepreneurship to position ASU and Greater Phoenix as global leaders in the knowledge economy.
This is an in-person, hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, Arizona, three days a week. ASU EdPlus supports flexible work options, ranging from alternate to hybrid work schedules, subject to approvals per ASU policy.
