Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee and support daily operations of residential programs across the region
- check_circleSupervise, train, and support staff in service delivery, compliance, and best practices
- check_circleEnsure compliance with funding, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- check_circleDevelop and monitor program budgets and financial performance
- check_circleBuild and maintain strong relationships with funders, partners, and community stakeholders
- check_circleConduct case reviews and ensure accurate reporting and documentation
- check_circleProvide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance management to staff
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree in Human Services or related field with 5+ years of residential experience OR Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR 13+ years of relevant experience
- verifiedAt least 2 years of experience managing teams and/or projects
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedStrong knowledge of homelessness
- verifiedExperience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention practices
- verifiedExperience with grant writing, fundraising, or community engagement preferred
