Join the Global Data Strategy and Solutions team, where we are driving data-driven transformation across the life sciences industry. Our mission is to scale the Enterprise Information Architecture capability, ensuring that critical R&D and enterprise decision-making are supported by trusted, governed, and scalable data products. We operate at the intersection of strategic vision and technical execution, bridging the gap between leadership goals and operational reality.
As the Associate Director, Enterprise Information Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data architecture initiatives across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and other Enterprise domains. This position is designed for a leader who thrives on translating high-level strategy into tangible execution.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director to operationalize architecture standards and support major data programs. Your day-to-day will involve guiding teams in adopting common data models, semantic layers, and architecture patterns, while ensuring consistent implementation of Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers within the enterprise data platform. You will act as a vital bridge between strategic leadership and execution teams, engaging with business leaders across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and Biometrics to understand and address complex data needs.
Beyond standard architecture, you will drive innovation by enabling high-quality, well-governed data assets ready for AI/ML and Generative AI. You will contribute to the evolution of our data ecosystem through knowledge graphs, semantic models, and advanced analytics, ensuring our data capabilities remain future-ready.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in modern data platforms and life sciences R&D processes. We value individuals who can influence and drive the adoption of enterprise standards while maintaining hands-on problem-solving skills.
