About the Role

As the Associate Director, Enterprise Information Architecture, you will partner closely with the Senior Director to translate strategic vision into execution. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing data architecture initiatives across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and other Enterprise domains.

You will focus on operationalizing architecture standards, supporting major data programs, and advancing Master Data Management (MDM), Reference Data Management (RDM), Data Quality (DQ), and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills, with deep experience in modern data platforms and life sciences R&D processes.

In this position, you will act as a bridge between strategic leadership and execution teams, engaging with business leaders to understand and address complex data needs. You will guide teams in adopting common data models, semantic layers, and architecture patterns, ensuring consistent implementation of Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers within the enterprise data platform.

Requirements

verifiedBachelor's or master's degree in information science, computer science, data management, or related field
verified8+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or analytics within life sciences or pharmaceutical industry

verifiedProficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
verifiedKnowledge of GxP and regulatory requirements in life sciences industry
