About the Role
The Associate Controller serves as a pivotal leader within our finance organization, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of our core accounting operations. This position goes beyond traditional close management; it is a strategic role dedicated to driving finance transformation through automation, simplification, and the standardization of accounting processes. You will partner closely with FP&A, tax, payroll, and other cross-functional teams to align financial data and support the broader organizational goals.
In this capacity, you will lead the month-end, mid-year, and year-end close cycles, overseeing journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Your work will directly impact our internal controls and audit compliance efforts while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the accounting function.
