About the Role
We are seeking an Associate to support a multi-billion-dollar financial services institution. In this position, you will be instrumental in the origination, underwriting, closing, and execution of commercial real estate loans for the Bank's CMBS and balance sheet programs. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with origination and capital markets teams to size loans and conduct deep financial analysis on property and borrower performance.
You will serve as a key interface between internal staff, clients, legal counsel, and third-party providers. Your day will involve conducting market and property-level due diligence, reviewing third-party reports, and leading discussions with syndication partners, investors, and rating agencies to address transaction merits and structure concerns. This is an opportunity to take the lead on complex deals while working within a diverse, supportive team focused on professional growth.
