About the Role

The Senior Client Analyst serves as a vital technical support pillar for Client Executives and our external clients. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless administration of Business Insurance policies in strict accordance with the Business Insurance Procedures Manual and the guidance of the Director of Client Services. You will be the guardian of policy integrity, managing the full lifecycle of documentation from new submissions to renewals.

In this position, you will navigate a dynamic workflow that includes processing complex paperwork such as applications, binders, certificates, policies, invoices, finance agreements, endorsements, and audits. A significant portion of your day will involve performing account reconciliations, reviewing loss runs and claim status reports, and preparing comprehensive summaries of insurance. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized client files within ImageRight, adhering to regional filing guidelines, and managing tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Success in this role requires more than just technical proficiency; it demands strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both clients and internal associates. You will establish and maintain positive working relationships, participate in Errors & Omissions audits, and demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving. Your attention to detail will be critical as you present results with clarity and precision, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Hiring Process

Candidates for this role are expected to possess a bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of industry experience with increasing responsibility. A valid, unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors License is required, and candidates should be currently holding or actively pursuing an insurance designation. Proficiency in MS Office and a demonstrated ability to perform the duties of an Insurance Associate are essential prerequisites.
