As an Associate in the Assessment Recovery Group, you will manage high-volume, high-impact cases. Your work will center on helping communities maintain financial stability by recovering delinquent dues, securing money judgments, and navigating judgment execution. You will handle complex real property disputes, including foreclosures, and manage bankruptcy matters from a creditor's perspective.
This is a collaborative, high-energy environment where you will develop your public speaking skills and lead client interactions. The firm is expanding rapidly, offering a clear path for advancement as the practice grows.
