Are you an Ohio-licensed attorney ready to transition from theory to practice? A premier regional firm specializing in HOA and Condominium Law is seeking a motivated Associate to join their Assessment Recovery Group in Columbus, OH.
This role is designed for those eager to move beyond research and into hands-on litigation. You will work directly with senior partners to build a high-level foundation in real estate matters, gaining immediate courtroom exposure and managing files that directly impact the financial health of communities.
The Day-to-Day
As an Associate in the Assessment Recovery Group, you will manage high-volume, high-impact cases. Your work will center on helping communities maintain financial stability by recovering delinquent dues, securing money judgments, and navigating judgment execution. You will handle complex real property disputes, including foreclosures, and manage bankruptcy matters from a creditor's perspective.
This is a collaborative, high-energy environment where you will develop your public speaking skills and lead client interactions. The firm is expanding rapidly, offering a clear path for advancement as the practice grows.
