Are you an Ohio-licensed attorney ready to transition from theory to practice? A premier regional firm specializing in HOA and Condominium Law is seeking a motivated Associate to join their Assessment Recovery Group in Columbus, OH.
This role offers the direct mentorship and courtroom exposure you need to build a high-level litigation foundation. It is a hands-on position focused on high-volume, high-impact real estate matters, designed for those eager to manage files and gain practical experience rather than just conduct research.
You will partner with senior partners to help communities maintain financial health by recovering delinquent dues. Your work will involve securing money judgments, navigating judgment execution, handling foreclosures, and managing complex real property disputes. Additionally, you will manage bankruptcy matters from a creditor's perspective.
This is an on-site role (Monday–Friday) where you will gain immediate exposure to foreclosures, bankruptcy filings, and real property litigation. You will have regular opportunities to develop your courtroom presence and lead client interactions, working side-by-side with mentors invested in your professional development.
