The position focuses primarily on commercial litigation, construction litigation, and real estate-related disputes, with a strong emphasis on defense work for home builder clients. The ideal candidate is confident handling litigation matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervision. This is not a role requiring business development or an existing book of business; the firm is looking for a strong practitioner who can step in, take ownership of files, and contribute immediately.
