About the Role
As an Associate, you will join a dedicated team focused on enhancing patient care and supporting operational efficiency. This position is instrumental in bridging the gap between administrative needs and clinical delivery. You will be the face of our clinic during patient interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of supporting medical staff in the preparation and delivery of care, managing and updating patient records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality, and coordinating appointments and follow-up visits. You will also play a key role in executing healthcare protocols and contributing to project planning during team meetings.
