About the Role
We are seeking an Associate to join our dedicated team. This position is designed to enhance patient care and support operational efficiency within our clinic. You will be instrumental in patient interactions, data entry, and supporting medical staff to maintain the highest level of service.
In this role, you will assist medical staff in the preparation and delivery of patient care, manage and update patient records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality, and help schedule patient appointments and follow-up visitations. You will also support the execution of healthcare protocols and guidelines while providing administrative assistance and reception duties as needed. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly impact patient experiences.
