About the Role
We are seeking an Associate to join our dedicated team, where you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care and supporting operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute in a setting that values high-quality service above all else.
In this role, you will be instrumental in patient interactions, managing data entry, and supporting medical staff to maintain the highest level of service. You will assist in the preparation and delivery of patient care, manage and update patient records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality, and help schedule appointments and follow-up visitations. Additionally, you will support the execution of healthcare protocols, participate in team meetings for project planning, and provide administrative assistance and reception duties as needed.
