Blackstone is the world's largest alternative asset manager, dedicated to creating positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work. We leverage extraordinary people and flexible capital to help companies solve problems. Our $1.1 trillion in assets under management span a global range of investment vehicles, including private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, opportunistic strategies, non-investment grade credit, real assets, and secondary funds.
This position serves as a critical link in our investment operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting for separately managed accounts and funds. You will oversee the monthly and quarterly portfolio reconciliation processes, investigating and resolving discrepancies with internal and external teams to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy.
Your day-to-day involves reviewing third-party fund administrator outputs, including quarterly Net Asset Value (NAV) and capital account statements. You will manage the preparation and review of recurring investor capital calls, as well as the calculation and payment of management and performance fees. Additionally, you will coordinate the review of audited financial statements with external administrators and auditors, while handling expense allocations, operating budgets, and vendor payments.
Beyond transactional accuracy, you will analyze portfolio and performance metrics such as total return, IRR, and P&L for senior management. This role requires close collaboration with Investor Relations, Operations, Management Reporting, and Legal and Compliance teams. You will also liaise with technology resources to automate recurring deliverables and optimize efficiencies, while overseeing offshore resources to ensure timely and accurate file preparation.
