WSP is launching a search for a Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader, Structural Engineer, to join our exceptional Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team in Pennsylvania. This role is based across our offices in Philadelphia, Exton, Ephrata, Mechanicsburg, and Lawrenceville, NJ.

In this role, you will work alongside the Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team on a variety of inspection-related projects. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will oversee bridge, tunnel, and ancillary inspections while performing professional structural engineering work. You will assist in preparing bridge and tunnel load ratings, developing plans and sketches using AutoCAD/Microstation, and supporting project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations.
You will serve as a mentor, providing guidance and training to entry-level engineers while supporting the development of their technical, social, and ethical skills. The position requires working with cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, planners, and scientific professionals to execute work on multiple concurrent projects. You will also support the preparation of cost proposals and scope of work documents, ensuring all project documentation is collected and maintained accurately.
