About the Role

When you join our team as a Teacher at Champions, you will be supporting hardworking families and elementary-aged kids during out-of-school time, on school grounds. Whether you are partnering with administrators to bring our programs to their district or buddying up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, you will be leading the way toward inspired learning. You will create a world-class experience in our classrooms, implementing a curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child. Your day will involve creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while partnering with parents to provide the best care and education. You will also support your center's success by connecting with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
