About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, energize team performance, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is vital for shaping store success and developing future talent. With strong leadership, clear communication, and a passion for WOW! customer service, you will step in to lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, maintaining compliance with company standards, and ensuring maximum productivity through effective merchandising and team retention.
