The Assistant Store Manager is a transitional role designed to develop your skills to become a Store Manager. You will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This position is not your typical retail job; it is an opportunity to achieve your financial dreams while creating an exceptional in-store experience.
In this role, you will support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center. You will serve as a lead in resolving customer-related issues and escalating when necessary. By partnering with the Senior Store Manager, you will drive company initiatives, achieve sales performance goals, and foster a culture of coaching to help associates improve their customer experience and selling aptitude.
