About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Your day-to-day impact involves developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
This role is active and requires the ability to stand and walk for in excess of 8 hours per shift. You must be capable of climbing ladders and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
