About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Woodbury Common Premium Outlets (Central Valley, NY) location. You will work directly with Store Managers to promote operational effectiveness and ensure that customers are always our first priority.
You will take pride in delivering superior customer service and inspiring associates to excel by being an exceptional role model. Understanding that the way the store looks is essential to drawing customers in, you will ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards. Your day will involve providing direction to associates to ensure floor coverage, assisting in the development of a sales-focused staff, and recognizing associate successes to boost store morale.

Requirements
- verifiedTwo + years of successful specialty retail experience in leadership role required
- verifiedPost-Secondary education encouraged
- verifiedRetail management degree a plus

Fashion retail experience. Post-secondary education. Retail management degree.
