As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at SSP America, you will join a global brand in travel dining that values its employees and offers significant career growth opportunities. While this position is advertised for Humble Pie, you may be assigned to any of our restaurants with an open Assistant Restaurant Manager position, with no change in pay.
In this role, you will train, develop, and communicate with a team of Food Travel Experts across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for implementing guest service standards, maintaining merchandising and display presentations, and monitoring inventory levels. Your day will involve planning daily goals and tasks, supervising team member performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure the completion of assigned objectives. Additionally, you will ensure strict adherence to all company policies and state health and sanitation standards.
