About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in the end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects. This position serves on all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and development to ongoing management of project outcomes. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless contract administration, construction execution, and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be part of a team that values initiative, positive collaboration, and the ability to find solutions to complex challenges.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience in construction, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, previous experience in institutional construction, and proficiency with CMIC and Procore.
