The University of Utah Department of Biochemistry is undergoing a major expansion to achieve transformative excellence in the molecular life sciences. We are building a collaborative community of innovative colleagues dedicated to advancing our field. This initiative seeks to recruit multiple talented new investigators, with a specific focus on Molecular Imaging and Electron Cryotomography.
We are seeking Assistant Professors in the tenure-track, though candidates at more senior levels may also be considered. This position is designed for an expert in Electron Cryotomography who will join a dynamic research environment. The role offers considerable synergy with key institutional initiatives, including Biophysics, cryo-EM, Chemical Biology, Cancer, Inflammation/Infection/Immunity, Metabolism, Neuroscience, and Translational Research.
