The Assistant Office Manager is a highly engaged leader focused on developing a patient-focused, goal-oriented team. This role serves as a vital support to the Office Manager, guiding the team to success through focused support and coaching. You will be instrumental in executing the Total Patient Experience (TPE) and maintaining strong working relationships with the associated doctors.
In this position, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including monitoring office flow, managing supply inventory, and supporting team member training. You will act as a key point of contact, handling questions from both team members and patients in the absence of the Office Manager. Success in this role requires a positive attitude and the ability to communicate changes or news in a supportive and constructive way while enforcing corporate policies and procedures.
