About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical and operational leadership on our patient care unit. This unique position splits your time between direct patient care and coordinating daily workflow, staffing, and patient flow. You will serve as a vital link between the nursing staff and unit leadership, mentoring and supporting the team while ensuring adherence to our mission and service standards.
In this role, you will foster a compassionate culture, coach and evaluate nursing staff performance, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans. You will also assist with onboarding new nurses, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and monitor compliance with infection control and safety policies. This is an opportunity to drive operational excellence while maintaining a hands-on connection to patient outcomes.
