About the Role
The Assistant Masker serves as an excellent entry point into the aerospace finishing industry. You will package and wrap finished aerospace products while supporting masking operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is designed for those seeking flexibility; you will work as part of a collaborative team, helping wherever needed on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
The position offers significant opportunities for cross-training in packaging, masking, anodizing, and plating. By learning these diverse tasks, you can provide flexibility across departments and potentially advance into specialized areas within a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Requirements
